Returns & Cancellations

We want you to love what you receive.

Every piece at Fashion Rerun is carefully curated and quality-checked, and because most of our items are one-of-one, our return policy is designed to make sure you can always find something else you love.

Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if your item is:

  • Damaged, or
  • Not as described on our website

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll take care of it.

If the item is as described but not quite right for you:

  • Credit card orders → eligible for a refund back to your original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders → will be issued store credit

To start a return, email us at return@fashionrerun.com within 5 days of receiving your order, including your name, order number, and reason for return.

Return Process

Once your return is approved:

  • We'll arrange a courier to collect your item
  • Items must be returned in original condition, with tags attached and proof of purchase

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Once received and approved:

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to your original payment method
  • Store credit (if applicable) will be issued and valid for 6 months

International Orders

For international shipments, customs duties and import charges may apply depending on your country.

If an order is refused due to customs charges, the cost of shipping the item back to us will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

Additional Notes

Returning 3 or more items? A small AED 3 per item re-shelving fee will apply.
