Cancellations & Returns
- No refund or exchange on Halloween items.
- You may return an item within 5 days of receiving it, if you find it to be damaged or not as described on the website.
- If your item is as described but you are unsatisfied with the product, you will receive a store credit for the value of the item. The item must be returned to us in the same condition as you received it, with the tags intact and proof of purchase.
- In order to return the item you must contact us at email@example.com within 5 days of receiving your item(s). Please indicate your name, order number and reason for return on the email. Courier charges to be paid by customer.
- We will send a courier to collect the item(s) from you directly within 7 days of receiving the email. Courier charges will be billed to customer.
- You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the items were found to be damaged. Once we have received the items and have confirmed that they are in the same condition as sent to you, we will issue a store credit which you can use within 6 months of the date of issue.
- If you are returning 3 or more items that an in the condition that you bought them, we will charge AED 3 per piece for a re- shelving fee.
- Refund will only be made to credit card payments. All COD payment will be issued a store credit.
